Ingredients

  • 60ml Coromandel Mānuka Gin
  • 30ml Spiced Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
  • Cinnamon
  • Anise
  • Clove
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml coffee liqueur
  • Dried orange slice (to garnish)

Directions

Reduce Fever-Tree Ginger Ale on the stove with a sprinkle of cinnamon, anise and clove. Add to glass with Awildian Mānuka Gin, lemon and coffee liqueur. Top up with more Ginger Ale and add garnish.
