Designed by marseys_gin_gram as part of our summer cocktail series, this refreshing pomegranate spritz is perfect for a sunny day.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Awildian Coromandel Dry Gin
  • 10ml Twinings Cranberry & Pomegranate Tea simple syrup (make your own)
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Pomegranate arils
  • Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic
  • Crushed ice

Directions

Add Coromandel Dry Gin, tea syrup, lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into glass with alternating layers of crushed ice and pomegranate arils. Top up with Mediterranean Tonic.
